Description This contract starts in parallel and should be performed in close correlation with the implementation of the NBMIS - Phase III supply contract
  • Assessment of the Quality plan and all test documentation produced by the supply contractor of the “NBMIS - phase III” project with recommendations for its upgrade.
  • Development of procedures for inventory checks and maintenance service
  • Production of Acceptance Test Report and Provisional Acceptance Report, based on the participation in the acceptance testing procedures

Expert 1: Quality Assurance Expert

Responsibilities

  • Conducting analysis of the NBMIS-Phase III supply contract including all requirements which must be met by the supply contractor.
  • Participation in the kick-off meeting of the NBMIS-Phase III supply project
  • Analysis of the supply contract’s Work plan and Quality plan with recommendations.
  • Preparation of a work plan and time schedule for the implementation of this framework contract.

Requirements
Qualifications and skills:

  • Masters Degree Academic level (absolutely required)
  • Working knowledge of English (absolutely required)

General professional experience:

  • at least 10 years of professional experience in IT sector (absolutely required)

Specific professional experience:

  • at least 5 years working experience with Quality Assurance on IT projects (absolutely required)
  • Experience in dealing with ISO 9000 standards requirements
  • Experience in dealing with the IEEE Standard for Software Quality Assurance Plans
  • Experience in Provisional Acceptance procedure according to Practical Guide to Contract procedures for EC external actions

Expert 2: Hardware and Software Testing Expert

Responsibilities

  • Assessment of all test documentation and provision of recommendation for necessary upgrade of this test documentation.
  • Preparation of procedures for inventory checks and maintenance service for the equipment procured for the NBMIS.
  • Participation in verification of the system installed on Zagreb railway border crossing point, Rijeka maritime border crossing point, Maljevac road border crossing point and Rijeka airport.
  • Preparation and submission of the Acceptance Test Report.
  • Analysis of the results achieved during the Go live period and preparation of Provisional Acceptance Report.
  • Working with the other expert on tasks listed there
