Description PARLREF is the core line of business system of the Canadian Library of Parliament. It accepts and tracks requests for information and documentation from Members of Parliament, their staff, the press, etc. It allows library staff to route requests to each other, change request state, and attach notes and documents to the request. The system has been in production since October 2000. The system is integrated with the Orgvisiion and Docuvisiion products of WorkLogic (a Sirma Group company) to provide person/organization information and document attachments respectively.
